1. De dienst
Peppol Check (peppol-check.org) is een gratis opzoekdienst waarmee je kunt nagaan of een onderneming geregistreerd is op het Peppol-netwerk voor elektronische facturatie, en welke documenttypes zij kan ontvangen. De dienst wordt uitgebaat door WYNERA DIGITAL SARL AU ("Wynera Digital"), 5 Rue Daraa, Résidence Fatima Zahra, Apt 5, Agdal, 10090 Rabat, Marokko, identifiant fiscal (IF) 73043760. 2. Gegevensbronnen en juistheid
De getoonde gegevens zijn afkomstig uit openbare bronnen, in het bijzonder de Peppol Directory van OpenPeppol AISBL en de openbare naslagdiensten van het Peppol-netwerk (SML/SMP). Wij maken die onderliggende gegevens niet zelf aan en verifiëren ze niet onafhankelijk. De dienst wordt aangeboden zoals hij is, zonder enige garantie op volledigheid, juistheid of actualiteit. De Peppol Directory is bovendien een opt-in register: een onderneming die niet gevonden wordt, kan wel degelijk op het netwerk aangesloten zijn. Baseer er dus geen onomkeerbare beslissingen op zonder bijkomende verificatie.
3. Toegestaan gebruik
De dienst is bedoeld voor normaal, menselijk gebruik: losse opzoekingen en bulk-checks van eigen klanten- of leverancierslijsten. Niet toegestaan zijn: geautomatiseerd massaal bevragen of scrapen van de dienst, het veroorzaken van onevenredige serverbelasting, het doorverkopen van de opgevraagde gegevens als databank, en elk gebruik voor onrechtmatige doeleinden of ongevraagde communicatie (spam).
4. Aansprakelijkheid
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van deze dienst of uit beslissingen die op basis van de getoonde informatie worden genomen, behoudens opzet of zware fout. De dienst kan op elk moment gewijzigd, onderbroken of stopgezet worden.
5. Intellectuele eigendom en merken
Peppol is een merk van OpenPeppol AISBL. Peppol Check is een onafhankelijke dienst en is niet verbonden met, noch goedgekeurd door OpenPeppol. Verwijzingen naar Peppol gebeuren louter ter beschrijving van het netwerk waarop de opzoekingen betrekking hebben.
6. Privacy (GDPR)
Wij tonen bedrijfsgegevens zoals ze in de openbare Peppol Directory staan. Voor eenmanszaken kunnen die gegevens persoonsgegevens bevatten (naam van de ondernemer). Wij verwerken die op grond van gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6.1.f GDPR): het faciliteren van elektronische facturatie door de vindbaarheid van Peppol-registraties. Wil je dat jouw gegevens niet langer in de Peppol Directory verschijnen, dan regel je dat bij je access point (die beheert de publicatie); wij tonen enkel wat de directory publiceert. Voor vragen of bezwaar kun je ons bereiken via bovenstaand e-mailadres.
Zelf verzamelen we zo weinig mogelijk: zoekopdrachten worden alleen verwerkt om ze uit te voeren en kortstondig gecachet om het netwerk te ontlasten, gebruikelijke serverlogs worden beperkt bewaard voor beveiliging, en we gebruiken cookieloze, geanonimiseerde bezoekersstatistieken (GoatCounter) zonder advertentie- of trackingcookies. Geüploade bulk-lijsten worden verwerkt om de check uit te voeren en niet bewaard.
7. Wijzigingen en toepasselijk recht
Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen; de datum bovenaan geeft de laatste versie aan. Op deze voorwaarden is het Marokkaanse recht van toepassing. Geschillen behoren tot de bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Rabat, Marokko.

2. Sources des données et exactitude
Les données affichées proviennent de sources publiques, en particulier le Peppol Directory d'OpenPeppol AISBL et les services de consultation publics du réseau Peppol (SML/SMP). Nous ne créons pas ces données et ne les vérifions pas de manière indépendante. Le service est fourni en l'état, sans aucune garantie d'exhaustivité, d'exactitude ou d'actualité. Le Peppol Directory est en outre un registre opt-in : une entreprise introuvable peut parfaitement être raccordée au réseau. Ne fondez donc aucune décision irréversible sur ces informations sans vérification complémentaire.
3. Utilisation autorisée
Le service est destiné à un usage normal et humain : consultations individuelles et vérifications en masse de vos propres listes de clients ou de fournisseurs. Sont interdits : l'interrogation automatisée massive ou le scraping du service, la surcharge disproportionnée des serveurs, la revente des données consultées sous forme de base de données, et toute utilisation à des fins illicites ou de communication non sollicitée (spam).
4. Responsabilité
Nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages résultant de l'utilisation de ce service ou de décisions prises sur la base des informations affichées, sauf dol ou faute lourde. Le service peut être modifié, interrompu ou arrêté à tout moment.
5. Propriété intellectuelle et marques
Peppol est une marque d'OpenPeppol AISBL. Peppol Check est un service indépendant, sans lien avec OpenPeppol et non approuvé par celle-ci. Les références à Peppol servent uniquement à décrire le réseau sur lequel portent les consultations.
6. Confidentialité (RGPD)
Nous affichons les données d'entreprise telles qu'elles figurent dans le Peppol Directory public. Pour les indépendants en personne physique, ces données peuvent contenir des données personnelles (nom de l'entrepreneur). Nous les traitons sur la base de l'intérêt légitime (art. 6.1.f RGPD) : faciliter la facturation électronique en rendant les enregistrements Peppol aisément consultables. Si vous souhaitez que vos données n'apparaissent plus dans le Peppol Directory, adressez-vous à votre access point (qui gère la publication) ; nous n'affichons que ce que le répertoire publie. Pour toute question ou objection, contactez-nous à l'adresse ci-dessus.
Nous collectons le strict minimum : les recherches ne sont traitées que pour être exécutées et brièvement mises en cache afin de ménager le réseau, les journaux de serveur habituels sont conservés de manière limitée à des fins de sécurité, et nous utilisons des statistiques de visite anonymisées et sans cookies (GoatCounter), sans cookies publicitaires ni de suivi. Les listes chargées pour la vérification en masse ne sont traitées que pour exécuter la vérification et ne sont pas conservées.
7. Modifications et droit applicable
Nous pouvons adapter ces conditions ; la date en haut de page indique la dernière version. Ces conditions sont régies par le droit marocain. Les litiges relèvent de la compétence des tribunaux de Rabat, Maroc.

2. Data sources and accuracy
The data shown comes from public sources, in particular the Peppol Directory operated by OpenPeppol AISBL and the public lookup services of the Peppol network (SML/SMP). We do not create the underlying records and do not independently verify them. The service is provided as is, without any warranty of completeness, accuracy or timeliness. The Peppol Directory is also an opt-in register: a company that is not found may well be connected to the network. Do not base irreversible decisions on this information without additional verification.
3. Permitted use
The service is intended for normal, human use: individual lookups and bulk checks of your own customer or supplier lists. The following are not permitted: automated mass querying or scraping of the service, causing disproportionate server load, reselling the retrieved data as a database, and any use for unlawful purposes or unsolicited communications (spam).
4. Liability
We are not liable for any damage arising from the use of this service or from decisions taken on the basis of the information shown, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. The service may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
Peppol is a trademark of OpenPeppol AISBL. Peppol Check is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenPeppol. References to Peppol serve solely to describe the network the lookups relate to.
6. Privacy (GDPR)
We display company data as published in the public Peppol Directory. For sole traders this data may contain personal data (the entrepreneur's name). We process it on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): facilitating electronic invoicing by making Peppol registrations findable. If you no longer want your data to appear in the Peppol Directory, arrange this with your access point (which manages the publication); we only show what the directory publishes. We collect as little as possible ourselves: searches are processed only to execute them and briefly cached to reduce load on the network, standard server logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes, and we use cookieless, anonymised visitor statistics (GoatCounter) without advertising or tracking cookies. Uploaded bulk lists are processed only to run the check and are not stored.
7. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms; the date at the top indicates the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat, Morocco.
